“We utilize Comdata for our fuel card program. The program guidelines are as follows:

  • Up to $1400.00 fuel allotment each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
  • Up to $75.00 cash advance at the fuel island each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
  • Express cash for ATM withdrawal or Comcheck issuance
  • Direct Deposit Available
  • Hotel Search and Discount
  • Settlements transferred to card (can be used for automatic direct deposit)

In conjunction with your fuel card, there are mobile apps to help with e-cash, fuel, purchases, etc. The Comdata FleetAdvance app can be used to plan for the least expensive fuel, and also to check your e-cash balance, and even transfer money to your bank account.
